Michael Eberand Finance Services Pty Ltd was established over 15 years ago to offer the professional services of Michael Eberand.
Michael Eberand is professionally qualified (former CPA over 30 years, current MFAA, Bachelor of Business) with over 30 years of commercial and finance experience. This experience includes major finance roles with one of Australia’s largest agribusiness operators, senior credit roles with Commonwealth Bank, and a number of consulting roles with large and small businesses.
Michael’s skills and achievements include a wide range of commercial accounting, financial budgeting and modelling and structuring skills. In his role for the large agribusiness, Michael established and operated its full accounting, business, risk, audit and administrative systems. Michael has also negotiated complex agreements with key stakeholders of various industries.
Michael has been involved in supporting the financing of various business restructuring projects, working in tandem on some of those projects with leading Sydney based accounting firms.
